Sofiah lives and works in Dominical, Costa Rica where she offers ongoing classes in Bamboo Yoga, Luna Infusion Dance, and private sessions in Massage, yoga, dance and expressive healing arts. 

Sofiah also travels throughout the year to teach workshops and perform, mostly in the states in L.A, San Francisco and New York.
